‘I am really pleased with the appointment of the new Clerk.Safia Kauser has been with the Council for several years and during that period she has proven to be an invaluable asset who has carried the Council through what has been it’s most difficult period. She is a forward thinking, dynamic individual who the people of Keighley can be confident of moving the Council forward in the right direction’

Ms Safia Kauser Town Clerk & Responsible Financial Officer commented,I am delighted to have been given this challenging opportunity of leading one of the largest parish Councils in the country.
